Who we are
FAIRVO is a ride platform in development, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This policy covers the pre-launch waitlist on this website. Questions: privacy@fairvo.nl.
What we collect
Only what you give us on the waitlist form: first name, email, phone number, city, and your role (rider or driver). Riders can optionally tell us they prefer a female driver. Drivers can optionally share their vehicle type, the platforms they currently drive on, whether they are a female driver, and whether they want to join the driver WhatsApp community. We also record how you found us (campaign tags in the link you clicked).
Why we collect it
To let you know when FAIRVO launches, to plan where to launch first, and, for drivers, to build the first driver group. The female-driver answers (a rider’s preference, or a driver telling us she is a woman) are used for one thing only: understanding demand for the feature and how many female drivers can meet it, so we can build it responsibly. Nothing is used for advertising profiles, and we never sell your data.
Legal basis and your rights
Everything here runs on your consent (GDPR / AVG). You can withdraw it at any time. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. One email to privacy@fairvo.nl is enough; we respond within 30 days.
Storage and sharing
Your data is stored securely with our form and email providers inside the EU where possible, kept until launch or until you ask us to remove it, and shared with no one beyond the services that store and send our emails.

Waitlist terms
What the waitlist is
Joining the FAIRVO waitlist reserves your place for early access news. It is free, it creates no obligation for you, and you can leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
What it is not
The waitlist is not a guarantee of service, access, pricing, earnings or launch timing. FAIRVO is in active development: features, cities, availability and the model itself can change, and the project may be adjusted or discontinued before launch.
Fair use
One sign-up per person, real details only. We may remove entries that look automated or abusive.
Liability
This website and the waitlist are provided as they are. To the extent Dutch law allows, FAIRVO accepts no liability for decisions made based on pre-launch information on this page.
Law
Dutch law applies. Any dispute belongs to the competent court in Amsterdam.

The driver community
FAIRVO is being built with drivers, not just for them. The driver community is a WhatsApp group of professional drivers in and around Amsterdam who are shaping the platform before it launches.
What happens inside
- The economics, discussed openly. The driver model is being designed with the group, not announced to it.
- First look at everything. Screens, features and decisions reach the community before anyone else.
- First rides. The launch driver group comes from this community.
